Distress of Tenant Goods Request

By clicking "Submit" you hereby irrevocably direct Bailiff Solutions Inc. to terminate the Lease at the above-noted premises by posting of Notice of Termination, and changing of the locks of the said premises for non payment of rent. You hereby agree to protect, reimburse, hold harmless and indemnify Bailiff Solutions Inc. (BSI) against any and all losses, claims, damages, and costs which may be made against BSI or suffered by BSI by reason of our acting under this direction, and to reimburse BSI and indemnify BSI for any and all legal costs incurred by BSI in the defence of any claims for damages as aforesaid, and for services performed under this direction. In terminating of the lease, we shall proceed only as the law directs under the statute.
